Services

Shelter 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for women and their children victims of domestic violence.

• 24-hour telephone hotline: helpline for support and listening;
•  individual and group counselling with women and children in the shelter;
• Post-shelter counselling with women and children;
• Counselling for non-residents women and children;
• Advocacy and accompaniment to a lawyer, the police, legal aid, medical aid (for the consequences of violence), criminal or family court, youth protection, last-resort financial assistance, etc.

Youth services :

• Admittance and temporary residency;
• Individual counselling;
• Violence prevention activities;
• Counselling and support for mothers in their parenting role.

We have a collaboration with the CLSC, the municipal offices and the schools who lend us free locals for us to meet with women and children for our external follow-ups.

Our shelter is accessible for women and children with reduced mobility.

All of our services are offered in french, english and spanish
